GUSTO editions
GUSTO is the Pine Garden concept devoted to celebrating the excellence of Portuguese culture. Bringing together gastronomy, wine, craft, music, design, hospitality and territory, it creates immersive experiences where different brands coexist naturally, as part of a single cultural narrative.
In partnership with the finest local hotels and restaurants, each edition presents Portugal to the best of tourism in São Martinho: individual tastings, pairing suggestions, portuguese decor and products, and live music moving between singer-songwriters, jazz and light Portuguese popular music - for a carefully selected audience.
Wellness Garden
Portugal is home to remarkable brands devoted to the organic, the sustainable and the conscious - and it is, we believe, the perfect destination for retreats and well-being.
Wellness Garden brings that reality together in a one-day retreat among the pines. Yoga, guided meditation, relaxing music, a brunch of organic and vegetarian products, a market of independent makers, and care rituals ranging from ayurvedic massage and acupuncture to natural beauty - among many other activities. A concept where cultures and conscious living meet, with the right brands, professionals and audience.

As the sun slowly disappears behind the pine trees, Pine Garden transforms into an atmosphere of soft light and evening enchantment. Warm illumination emerges throughout the garden, creating a magical setting beneath the pines.
Guests are invited to enjoy a curated bar experience featuring selected partner brands, accompanied by refined aperitifs and a carefully selected DJ set that follows the rhythm of the changing light.
We will soon be opening applications for Portuguese brands interested in activating their products and experiences as part of our 2027 programme.
We are also currently preparing our inaugural season, and there is still an opportunity for selected brands to participate.
